Clear guidelines for refund eligibility and process
Full refunds will be provided under the following circumstances, subject to verification:
If the scheduled video consultation could not be conducted due to technical issues (e.g., poor internet connectivity) and the video call duration was less than 30 seconds.
If the assigned doctor is unable to attend the consultation or declines to proceed with the consultation.
If the patient was unavailable at the scheduled time, and an alternative slot is not requested or offered within 24 hours.
In case of duplicate payments, transaction errors, or booking glitches resulting in missed or incomplete consultations.
Refunds will not be issued for completed consultations, irrespective of the medical advice or outcome, unless covered under the above scenarios.
To initiate a refund, the user must contact Ellaaj customer support via email to lokendrareporter@gmail.com or call 98910-39200 within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Our team will verify the eligibility based on the criteria mentioned above.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval.
