No. Recording, reproducing, or sharing any part of your video consultation without written consent from Ellaaj and the consulting doctor is strictly prohibited to protect patient privacy and doctor confidentiality.

Refund & Payment

Refunds are provided only under specific verified circumstances, such as:

  • Technical failure (call under 30 seconds due to technical issues)
  • Doctor unavailability or refusal to conduct the consultation
  • Duplicate payments or transaction errors

Refunds are not issued for completed consultations, regardless of the medical advice or outcome, unless covered under the above scenarios.
