Q: How do I register on Ellaaj?

  • Visit www.ellaaj.com or download the Ellaaj mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Sign up using your mobile number or email ID.
  • Complete your profile and health details to get started.

Q: How do I book a doctor consultation?

  • Log in to your Ellaaj account.
  • Select your preferred specialty or doctor.
  • Choose a suitable date and time slot.
  • Confirm your appointment by making payment.
  • You'll receive a booking confirmation and consultation link instantly.

🩺 2. During Your Consultation

Q: What do I need for my online consultation?

  • A stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
  • Be ready at the scheduled time.
  • Keep your medical records, prescriptions, or reports handy for easy sharing with your doctor.

Q: What if the video call fails due to technical issues?

If the consultation could not be conducted (video duration less than 30 seconds) due to connectivity or technical problems, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team with the details.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

Ellaaj accepts major debit/credit cards, UPI, and online wallets for secure and convenient transactions.

Q: When am I eligible for a refund?

Refunds are issued in the following verified cases:

  • Doctor was unavailable or declined the consultation.
  • Technical failure prevented the session.
  • Duplicate or erroneous payment transactions.

Refunds are not provided for completed consultations unless covered by the above criteria.

Q: How do I apply for a refund?

  • Contact us at lokendrareporter@gmail.com within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation.
  • Include your name, phone number, appointment details, and transaction ID.

Your request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Q: Is my data safe with Ellaaj?

Yes. Ellaaj follows strict data protection standards. Your personal and health-related information is collected, processed, and stored as per our Privacy Policy.

Q: Can I record or share my consultation?

No. Recording or sharing your video consultation without prior written consent from both Ellaaj and your doctor is not permitted.

  • Check your internet connection and device permissions (camera and microphone).
  • Try reopening the Ellaaj app or reloading the browser.
  • If the problem persists, contact our support team immediately.
